Request permanent deletion of your A Grade Home Tuition account and data — no app reinstall or login required.
How It Works
1. Submit a request
Fill out the form below with the name, email, and phone number on your account. No login or password is needed on this page.
2. We verify it's you
Our support team matches your request against the account details already on file and may reach out on WhatsApp or email to confirm.
3. We delete your data
Once verified, we permanently delete your account and associated data (see what's retained below) within 7 business days, and email you a confirmation.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile — name, photo, and contact details
- Tuition requests, applications, and in-app messages
- Saved preferences, location data, and notification settings
- Tutor verification documents (for tutor accounts)
What We Retain, and Why
- Payment and transaction records, retained as required by Nepali accounting/tax law
- Records needed to resolve any open dispute, refund, or complaint until it's closed
- Anonymized, aggregated usage data that no longer identifies you
